World firsts, the best stunt performers on Earth and the return of many all-time favourites promise to make PokerStars TT on the Prom 2007 the greatest ever.

TT on the Prom has become an integral part of the TT experience – the home of spectacular stunts, daring displays and unique opportunities to get up-close and personal with world-famous riders and machinery – and this year PokerStars TT on the Prom promises to be the best yet.

To mark the Centenary, the entertainment in 2007 will feature some of the world’s top performers, bids to beat world records and some famous film stunts being recreated in the flesh!

There’s so much to pack in this year TT on the Prom will run for nine nights, instead of the usual six, and the audience will be treated to better-than-ever light and sound systems.

With huge numbers of fans expected to attend the Centenary TT, TT on the Prom has relocated from its traditional spot at the Jubilee Clock to a new venue outside the Villa Marina in Harris Promenade.

The move will ensure more people can enjoy the fun, and give the performers an even better stage to show off their stunning skills.

Some 700 people are expected to join a Centenary celebration paying tribute to those without whose dedication the TT simply couldn’t happen, including emergency service workers and many more, some fascinating vehicles, such as the roads open car, and music adding to the evening’s glitz.

The evening will be compered by well-known Manx personalities Dot Tilbury and Geoff Corkish.

Throughout the nine evenings of entertainment two big screens – mounted on the Villa Marina colonnade and next to the War Memorial – will ensure you don’t miss a thing, and there’ll be a range of food and drink on sale near the action

Live interviews with top riders, competitions and, of course, the unmissable Duke Babes will make TT on the Prom the place to be.

World number one stunt performer Christian Pfeiffer will be making his Isle of Man debut with three nights of amazing entertainment, starting from June 1.

The streetbike-freestyle world champion will join some of the biggest names in stunt riding – Matti Tepsa of Sweden, Portugal’s Humberto Ribeiro, Zoltan of Hungary and Ireland’s Mattie Griffin – for a three-night battle for the TT Freestyle Champion title and prize-fund.

There’ll be more action from Ribeiro, Tepsa and Griffin during the festival.

As if that wasn’t enough, the world’s top extreme trials rider Steve Colley will show off his awesome abilities on every night of TT on the Prom except June 6, and – by popular demand – the simply staggering skills of number one stunt driver Russ Swift will be on display to delight the crowds from May 31 to June 5.

All-time fans’ favourite the Jet Quad is also back for five incredible nights. If you haven’t seen Dutchman Michael Kooij letting rip on his jet-powered quad before, you’ve missed something special!

Plus the Honda Bolddog Lings Freestyle team will be performing its non-stop, action-packed show, featuring trademark tricks like the ‘superman seat grab’, ‘heel-clicker’, ‘kiss of death’ and, in a first at TT 2007, 360 backflips on June 4 and June 5. The Isle of Man’s very own Purple Helmets will be displaying their fun-filled, madcap antics, on June 5 and June 8.

On June 6 PokerStars TT on the Prom will play host to a very special evening, TT Legends Live. Featuring many of the legendary people and machines of yesteryear, this is an absolute must for every TT fan, a rare chance to see these amazing people and motorcycles up close. As many as 25 of the biggest names are expected to attend this unique celebration.

PokerStars TT on the Prom comes to a dramatic climax on June 8. An array of displays and attractions will be brought to a stunning conclusion with an amazing laser show over Douglas Bay.
