First race delayed
There will be a one hour delay to the scheduled start of the Bennetts Superbike TT race, it has been confirmed.
The race was due to start at midday on Saturday, but the day's programme was scrapped because of bad weather.
Organisers announced the Bennetts Superbike race would take place at 10.45am today, with the Sidecar A race afterwards.
However, poor visibility on the Mountain section of the TT Course has led to the start time being put back.
The race is now due to start at 11.45am. The Mountain section will close at 10.30am and the rest of the course at 11am.
The Bavaria Sidecar A race is still scheduled to take place after the Bennetts Superbike event.
There is some good news for fans, the Met Office at Ronaldsway believes conditions will improve today and the rest of the week promises bright spells and warmer temperatures.
The PokerStars Superstock race scheduled for today is now due to take place tomorrow.
Morecambe's John McGuinness starts the postponed Bennetts Superbike race as favourite. The 11-times TT winner and outright lap record holder put in a staggering 129.085mph lap during practice.
